HouseWhisper is an AI-powered lead engagement and routing platform for real estate teams, founded by former Zillow executives: CEO Luis Poggi (former Zillow VP of product and engineering), CTO Alex Kutner (former Zillow engineering leader), and board member Spencer Rascoff (Zillow co-founder and former CEO, also co-founder of Hotwire). The platform connects directly to a brokerage's existing CRM, dialer, and calendar — including Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, MoxiWorks, kvCORE, Lofty, BoldTrail, HubSpot, and Salesforce — without requiring data migration. Its Lead Engine holds personalized, human-like 1:1 conversations by voice or text with every inbound lead so none go unworked; its Rules Engine automatically routes ready leads to the correct agent with fallback escalation if an agent doesn't respond; and an always-on AI teammate supports each agent day-to-day by updating the CRM and sending follow-ups. HouseWhisper emerged from stealth in Seattle in February 2025 with nearly $10 million in funding, and its pricing combines a small monthly platform fee with a referral fee earned only when a HouseWhisper-engaged lead closes.
