Founded in 2020 by CEO Lindsey Hoell during her UC Berkeley MBA program, the company offers reusable containers and bags for D2C meal kit and grocery companies as well as food service operators. Dispatch Goods handles the full reverse logistics cycle—delivering reusable packaging to consumers and picking it up after use—enabling brands like CookUnity and Thistle to eliminate single-use plastics while improving customer loyalty and reducing packaging costs. The company has kept over 7 million items out of the waste stream. Dispatch Goods' reusable packaging matches or beats the cost of compostable alternatives.
