TRIANA Biomedicines is a venture-backed biopharmaceutical company pioneering the discovery and development of molecular glue therapeutics to treat cancers and other diseases with historically undruggable targets. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Lexington, Massachusetts, TRIANA uses a proprietary protein:protein pairing engine and target-first methodology to identify small molecules that promote interactions between two proteins, enabling the ubiquitin-proteasome system to degrade disease-causing proteins.
