Rivvun is a Seattle-based enterprise software company, with engineering operations in Pune, India, that builds an autonomous agentic execution layer to detect and recover enterprise spend and revenue leakage. Founded by former Icertis executives, Rivvun's AI agents continuously verify spend before it is committed, enforce revenue commitments from deal close through cash collection, and execute governed corrective actions inside a company's own source systems, targeting an estimated $2 trillion a year in unrecovered enterprise value. The company raised a $7.55 million oversubscribed seed round led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital in June 2026.
