Radionetics

Radionetics Oncology is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on discovering and developing novel small molecule radiopharmaceuticals that target G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) overexpressed on cancer cells. Spun out of Crinetics Pharmaceuticals in October 2021 with $30 million in initial funding, Radionetics applies deep GPCR biology expertise and medicinal chemistry to build a modular radiopharmaceutical platform capable of addressing a broad range of solid tumors including breast and lung cancer. In July 2024, Radionetics entered a strategic agreement with Eli Lilly — receiving $140 million upfront — granting Lilly the exclusive right to acquire Radionetics for up to $1 billion. The company is headquartered in San Diego, California.
