National Resilience, Inc. (doing business as Resilience) is a North American contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) founded in 2020 and headquartered in Blue Ash, Ohio (previously based in San Diego, California). Launched with $800 million in venture funding, Resilience was built to broaden access to complex medicines and protect biopharmaceutical supply chains against disruption. The company specializes in end-to-end biomanufacturing for biologics, cell therapy, and gene therapy, offering named platform solutions including Sprout Solutions, Auto-T, DAR-T, Idea to Clinic, and Build Your Resilience. Resilience operates facilities across North America — in Blue Ash (HQ), Cincinnati, Philadelphia, and Toronto — and employs approximately 1,375–1,680 staff. In June 2025, the company announced a strategic wind-down of six underutilized manufacturing sites and secured up to $825 million in long-term financing to accelerate its focused CDMO strategy.
