Empowering America's most critical workforce and ambitious industrial companies, Laborup was born out of a vision to bridge the gap between skilled blue-collar workers and ambitious manufacturing companies. The founders grew up in and around machine shops, factory floors, and manufacturing lines in Tennessee, and built Laborup to address a broken hiring system that impacts over half a million manufacturers across America. The platform combines AI-driven candidate matching with on-the-ground recruiting to help manufacturers hire skilled workers in three weeks or less, at roughly half the cost of traditional staffing firms.
