Edify

Edify is a cloud-native communications platform founded in 2018 that provides a unified contact center-as-a-service (CCaaS), communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS), and unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) solution. The Edify CX product delivers an omnichannel contact center with embedded AI and self-service capabilities, connecting people, systems, and channels inside and outside organizations. Edify was headquartered in Carmel, Indiana and founded by Bracken Fields, Ashwini Purohit, and Hemant Luthra. The company was acquired by Avaya in May 2024.
