Cosmic Aerospace is a Centennial, Colorado-based startup developing practical all-electric regional passenger aircraft. Their flagship aircraft, Skylark, is a 24-passenger plane designed to fly routes up to 1,000 km with zero direct emissions in flight and 50% lower operating cost compared to conventional regional jets. The company's architecture combines ultra-efficient long-span wings, lightweight composite structures, and proprietary high-speed electric propulsion engineered around today's battery technology. Founded in 2021, Cosmic has completed successful flight test campaigns with two demonstrator aircraft and is targeting commercial entry into service by 2029.
