Comet Bio upcycles agricultural crop residues — primarily wheat straw — into Arrabina®, a proprietary line of arabinoxylan prebiotic dietary fiber ingredients for food, beverage, and supplement brands. The company uses patented biorefinery technology to extract high-quality soluble fiber from materials otherwise discarded in food production. Comet operates facilities in London, Ontario and Schaumburg, Illinois, with manufacturing partnership in Denmark.
