Therini Bio is a Sacramento-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company founded in 2019 by Katerina Akassoglou, a professor at UCSF and senior investigator at the Gladstone Institutes. THN391 completed a Phase Ia trial in healthy volunteers in 2025, demonstrating tolerability.
