Spoiler Alert is a B2B supply chain software platform that helps food and beverage manufacturers, distributors, and grocery retailers manage, sell, and donate surplus and short-dated inventory. The platform automates the closeout and liquidation process — from listing and pricing to buyer matching and fulfillment — enabling CPG brands to recover margin on excess inventory while diverting product from landfills. Customers include major brands such as Nestlé, Danone, McCormick, Campbell's, Kraft, Mondelez, Unilever, Conagra, Hormel, and Land O'Lakes. Founded in 2015 by MIT Sloan graduates Emily Malina and Ricky Ashenfelter, the Boston-based company has raised $11 million in funding.
