Spark Infrastructure is a leading Australian investor in essential energy infrastructure, owning stakes in high-quality, regulated electricity network businesses serving millions of homes and businesses. Its portfolio includes 49% of SA Power Networks (South Australia), 49% of Victoria Power Networks (CitiPower and Powercor), and 15% of Transgrid (NSW/ACT). Originally listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: SKI) from 2005, the company was acquired and taken private in December 2021 by a consortium comprising KKR, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and Public Sector Pension Investment Board.
