Skurt was a Los Angeles-based rental car delivery startup that allowed customers to order a car delivered directly to their location, eliminating the need to visit a rental lot. Founded around 2014-2015, the company raised a $1.3M seed round from Upfront Ventures in 2015 followed by a $10M Series A in 2017. Skurt's platform enabled the digital initiation and monitoring of customer car deliveries from a central dashboard, with real-time tracking. The company was acquired by vehicle-subscription app Fair.com in February 2018.
