SiliconBlue Technologies was a Sunnyvale, California-based fabless semiconductor company that developed ultra-low power FPGAs targeting mobile and handheld applications. The company's iCE series FPGAs consumed as little as 100μW of operating power, enabling new categories of mobile devices. Lattice Semiconductor acquired SiliconBlue in December 2011 for approximately $62 million, integrating the iCE FPGA line into its product portfolio.
