Sericyne

Sericyne develops and produces objects using silk, from the production of Sericyne Silk® sheets to the design of finished and semi-finished objects through its design and engineering department. After several years of research and development, the company created the first non-woven natural sheet silk, spun directly by silkworms on its farms using a patented process. The 100% natural, biodegradable material is used in cosmetics, leathergoods, design, packaging, and luxury watchmaking. Founded by Clara Hardy, Sericyne works to revive sericulture in France and become the European leader in sericulture, offering fashion designers and interior decorators a new natural and sustainable material.
