Ridwell

Ridwell began in Seattle as a father-and-son project when founder Ryan and his young son started picking up hard-to-recycle items like batteries, light bulbs, and Styrofoam from neighbors' homes. The effort grew into a subscription pickup service, and Ryan later partnered with Aliya, David, and Justin to launch Ridwell as a company. Today Ridwell is a team of more than 250 people serving thousands of households across the country, partnering with recyclers to keep hard-to-recycle materials out of landfills.
