About
Rhithm is a K-12 student and staff wellness check-in platform that gives schools a fast, structured way to measure social-emotional and mental health needs, using a short series of mood, energy, and physical-state questions paired with 1-3 minute skill-building activities. Co-founded in February 2019 by childhood friends Josh Knutson and Jake Gannon in Fort Worth, Texas, the platform grew to serve more than 1.25 million students before being acquired by student-safety company Securly in April 2022.
