Precision Therapeutics

Precision Therapeutics, operating through Helomics and Predictive Oncology, pairs an AI and machine-learning platform with a biobank of more than 150,000 tumor samples from 137 cancer types to improve oncology drug discovery. The platform is used to predict whether a tumor sample will respond to a drug compound, with a published proof-of-concept citing 92 percent accuracy, and to help partners introduce tumor heterogeneity earlier, repurpose shelved compounds, and raise the odds of development success. Helomics also runs a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory for tumor drug-response and genomic biomarker testing.
