Path was a mobile social networking and photo sharing app founded by Dave Morin, Dustin Mierau, and Shawn Fanning in San Francisco. It limited users to 50 close connections based on Dunbar's Number research. Path was acquired by South Korean company Daum Kakao in 2015 and the service was terminated in October 2018.
