Patch partners with large frontline employers to offer backup childcare as an employee benefit, stepping in with qualified caregivers when a parent's regular childcare arrangement falls through. Employers using Patch have seen 80% lower turnover rates among parents and retention increases as high as 39% in pilot programs. In October 2025, Patch Caregiving was acquired by Wellthy, a caregiving support company.
