Pastas Gallo

Grupo Gallo is Spain's leading manufacturer and distributor of pasta and food products, operating under the Pastas Gallo brand since 1946. Founded by José Espona in Rubí, Catalonia, the company has grown into an internationally recognized food group with operations across multiple countries. Its product portfolio includes dry pasta, sauces, soups, children's pasta, gnocchi, ready-to-eat meals (Ta-Tung), and a dedicated gluten-free range produced at its dedicated gluten-free facility in Esparreguera — the only such pasta plant in Spain and Portugal. Grupo Gallo employs between 501 and 1,000 people and is headquartered in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Catalonia. The company invests heavily in R&D including high-protein pasta (+Proteína line delivering 17g plant protein per 100g) and innovative broth production via its proprietary 'Olla Gallo' slow-cooking process.
