ONYX Software Corporation, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, was a leading enterprise customer relationship management software provider. Its flagship product, Onyx CRM, comprised three integrated modules — Customer Management, Process Management, and Performance Management — designed to unify sales, marketing, service, and call center operations for mid-to-large enterprises. At its peak, Onyx served more than 1,300 clients in over 50 countries across sectors including financial services, healthcare, high-tech, contact centers, and government. The company had an annual revenue run rate exceeding $110 million and positioned itself as the second-largest pure-play CRM vendor of its era, competing directly with Siebel Systems. Onyx was ultimately acquired by M2M Holdings (later Consona Corporation) in August 2006.
