OncoPrecision's discovery engine begins with its proprietary Patient Micro-Avatar (PMA) platform — translational models built from real patient tumor samples — enabling researchers to study resistance mechanisms that cause therapies to fail. AI-enhanced target validation mines billions of phenotypic data points from these models to identify the highest-potential vulnerabilities. The lead program, ONC001, is a first-in-class CD64-targeting ADC designed to eliminate leukemic monocytes and tumor-associated macrophages, with lead indications in monocytic AML, CMML, and expanding into solid tumors. ONC001 is currently advancing through IND-enabling studies. The company has presented data at ASH and AACR and is open to co-discovery and licensing partnerships with pharmaceutical companies.
