Oblenio Bio

Oblenio Bio is a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based clinical-stage biotechnology company pursuing a broad immune reset approach for refractory autoimmune diseases. The company's lead asset, LBL-051, is a first-in-class tri-specific T-cell engager antibody that simultaneously targets BCMA, CD19, and CD3 to deplete pathological B-cells and plasma cells across a wide spectrum of autoimmune conditions. Formed in November 2024 as a joint venture between Aditum Bio and Leads Biolabs, Oblenio Bio is led by proven drug developers with the goal of achieving long-term, drug-free remission for patients with severe autoimmune disease who have exhausted existing therapies. The company closed a $62 million Series B in June 2026 led by Pfizer Ventures to advance LBL-051 into clinical development.
