Null Labs

Null Labs is a Y Combinator F2025 defense technology startup founded in 2025 and based in San Francisco, California. The company provides end-to-end simulation infrastructure for defense companies to train and validate autonomous systems including drones, missiles, and autonomous vehicles. Null Labs enables defense contractors to build and test the data engines and autonomy stacks powering next-generation unmanned platforms in simulation before real-world deployment. The company was co-founded by Kristopher Luo (previously Stanford EE/CS, agricultural robotics) and Niel Ok (previously infrastructure lead at a DeepMind spinout, Stanford EE and neuroscience research). Null Labs emerged from stealth as part of the YC Fall 2025 batch and is backed by Y Combinator.
