NexWafe is a German solar technology company commercializing the EpiNex® process, a patented epitaxial direct gas-to-wafer silicon manufacturing method that produces high-efficiency photovoltaic wafers with up to 50% lower cost and 75% less energy consumption than conventional Czochralski (CZ) wafer production.
