Newronika develops αDBS, an adaptive deep brain stimulation platform for Parkinson's disease that senses full-spectrum brain signals every ten minutes and automatically adjusts stimulation to keep patients in their therapeutic window. The CE-marked, clinically validated system is built on a patented proportional control algorithm and a cloud-based platform called WebBioBank that stores longitudinal neural data to continuously refine therapy. In a first-of-its-kind double-blind randomized crossover clinical trial, 86% of patients preferred αDBS over conventional DBS.
