Mozido, Inc. was an American multinational technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, founded in 2008 by Michael Liberty. It designed and provided mobile commerce and payment solutions globally through its MoTEAF cloud platform, serving both banked and unbanked consumers via mobile. The company operated across the US, Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. In 2018, founder Michael Liberty was charged by the SEC for investor fraud.
