Medxoom

Medxoom was a mobile-first healthcare benefits platform that unified member identity, pricing, communications, and payments for health plans, TPAs, and employers. Founded in 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia by Jeffrey Toewe and Bradford Ress, Medxoom provided a white-label benefits integration platform enabling health plan members to access and manage healthcare benefit information, find transparent pricing for procedures, organise care, and simplify payments through a single mobile app. The platform served health plans, third-party administrators, and employers seeking to reduce costs and improve member engagement. Medxoom was acquired by Allied Benefit Systems in July 2023, then its assets were subsequently acquired by Zelis in June 2025, where the platform continues as a mobile-first member experience offering integrated into Zelis's healthcare technology suite.
