Maximal Learning

Maximal Learning is a Seattle-based generative AI education startup founded in 2023 by longtime Microsoft executives Eran Megiddo and Liviu Asnash, who together spent more than 21 years at Microsoft leading education and analytics efforts. The company builds AI-driven personalized learning tools targeting students from K-12 through higher education, backed by a research partnership with the Stanford Graduate School of Education. Maximal raised a $5.7 million seed round led by Trilogy Equity Partners, with participation from Pioneer Square Labs, Honeystone Ventures, GSV Ventures, and Owl Ventures.
