Tuto (originally tutoit.io, now operating as torecord.it) is an Israeli B2B SaaS startup founded in 2021 and based in Tel Aviv. The company builds a customer support and product learning platform that enables users to create visual, shareable records of software problems combined with contextual product data. Using AI and machine learning, tuto predicts user needs and helps support teams reduce resolution cycles by allowing end-users to capture their issues visually with all relevant session data attached. The platform is designed to replace traditional user documentation and knowledge bases with a community-driven product learning center. Tuto participated in the Techstars Tel Aviv Accelerator in July 2021 and received its first seed round in April 2021 from Sarona Ventures. The product was ranked #1 Product of the Week on Product Hunt. The company has since pivoted its branding to 'Record' under the domain torecord.it.
