Leaders In Tech (formerly InnerSpace)

Leaders in Tech (LIT) is a San Francisco-based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping tech founders and executives improve themselves, their organizations, and the world. Through evidence-based experiential learning programs rooted in Stanford Graduate School of Business's Interpersonal Dynamics methodology, LIT prepares technology leaders to build not just financially successful companies but organizations that reflect strong values and integrity. Core programs include the Founder Fellows Program (10 months, for Series A to pre-IPO founders and CEOs who have raised $5M+), the Grove Fellows Program (6 months, for pre-seed and seed-stage founders), and the Executive Fellows Program (6 months, for senior leaders). The organization evolved from InnerSpace, a nonprofit co-founded by Hannah Knapp in 2014 to help early-stage startup founders build happy, purposeful, and effective teams. LIT was co-founded by Joe Greenstein (co-founder of Flixster/RottenTomatoes, acquired by Time Warner) and Dr. Carole Robin (former Faculty Director at Stanford GSB's Interpersonal Dynamics program). Faculty and facilitators are drawn from Stanford, University of Chicago Booth, and leading executive coaching practices globally.
