Intuigence (also known as IntuigenceAI) is a Boston-based AI company building synthetic AI engineers purpose-built for industrial and process manufacturing operations. The company's platform — called Intuigents — deploys AI agents trained on domain-specific engineering knowledge to autonomously handle data analysis, workflow orchestration, document generation, and predictive maintenance in sectors such as oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medtech. Intuigents integrate with existing industrial systems including SAP and OSIsoft PI, and can be deployed in under 48 hours with no major IT overhaul. The company has demonstrated that its AI outperforms ChatGPT-4o by 8x on professional engineering certification tests. Intuigence raised a $10 million seed round led by Innovation Endeavors, addressing a critical industrial workforce challenge as up to 50% of skilled engineering talent is set to retire by the end of the decade. Microsoft has partnered with IntuigenceAI to integrate its synthetic AI engineer with the Microsoft Fabric platform.
