Intertie

Intertie was founded by Richard Mrlik after he developed a large, integrated solar carport and EV charging facility in Southern California and discovered that the local grid could not support the combined capacity of solar generation and EV charging. In response, the company built a modular, patented smart microgrid that combines fast EV charging, intelligent energy storage, and solar integration, designed to connect easily to the public grid while minimizing changes to a building's existing infrastructure. Intertie's system functions as an on-site energy ATM for commercial property owners, delivering lower costs, greater reliability, and new revenue streams.
