Hyperlex was a French AI-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform founded circa 2017 in Paris, offering NLP-based contract analysis, organization, and annotation tools for legal and procurement teams. The company raised funding in February 2018 and was acquired by DiliTrust, a France-based legal and corporate governance software provider, in July 2022. Following the acquisition, Hyperlex was formally merged into DiliTrust through a simplified merger-absorption completed in late 2022. The hyperlex.ai domain now redirects to DiliTrust's website.
