Flourish Schools

Flourish Schools operates affordable private middle schools in the greater Phoenix area, with a mission to make learning joyful for curious students. The schools are intentionally small so every teacher knows every student, and they use experiential, project-based learning called Pursuits rather than textbooks or test-driven instruction. Founders John Danner and Adam Nadeau built the model to teach superpower skills such as agency, curiosity, and perseverance, using AI to take routine classroom work off teachers so they can focus on relationships and deeper thinking. Flourish is approved as a Class 1 independent school by the state of Arizona.
