EO Charging is a UK-based provider of end-to-end electric vehicle fleet charging infrastructure, software, and services for commercial operators. Founded in 2015 by Charlie Jardine and John Jardine in Stowmarket, Suffolk, EO (which stands for 'Electricity Online') delivers a complete fleet electrification offering: AC and DC charging hardware, the EO Cloud fleet management software platform, energy management and load balancing, depot design and construction, and 24/7 maintenance and support. The company has manufactured over 85,000 chargers, deployed more than 100,000 charge points across 1,700+ sites in 35+ countries, and has delivered over 50 million charging sessions. EO's customers include some of the world's largest fleets — Amazon, Microsoft, Tesco, DHL, UPS, Stagecoach, and Go-Ahead — and it was named one of Europe's fastest-growing companies three consecutive years on the Financial Times FT1000 list. In 2025, EO entered administration and was subsequently acquired by Pod, a UK EV charging provider and part of the EDF family.
