Ensoma is a Boston-based genomic medicines company engineering hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in vivo. Its Engenious vector platform delivers genome-modification payloads with high packaging capacity directly to HSCs via a single injection, without stem-cell collection or myeloablative conditioning, and the company has dosed and reported clinical safety data from its first trial participant.
