Donut is a New York-based employee experience platform that helps companies automate and scale people programs inside Slack. Its core products — Intros, Watercooler, Celebrations, and Onboarding — pair teammates for casual meetups, facilitate recognition, and streamline new hire introductions. Donut integrates natively with Slack and Microsoft Teams, and is used by companies including Anthropic, Carta, Perplexity, Ramp, Buffer, and Okta. Founded in 2016 and backed by Accel, Donut raised $12 million in 2020 to expand its remote team culture tooling.
