Cornext is a Hyderabad-based agritech company founded in 2015 that pioneered silage baling technology for India's dairy sector, producing naturally fermented, nutrient-rich corn silage compressed into bales with a shelf life of 12–18 months. The company addresses India's chronic fodder shortage — where over 50% of cattle face starvation annually — by building a decentralized Fodder Entrepreneur Network that equips smallholder farmers, FPOs, and dairy producers with low-cost balers, hands-on training, and ongoing support to become local fodder suppliers. Cornext also exports its silage machinery to 20+ countries globally.
