Corneliani S.p.A. is an Italian luxury menswear house with roots going back to 1930 in Mantua, Italy, where founder Alfredo Corneliani began producing handcrafted raincoats and outerwear. The company was formally incorporated as Corneliani Spa in 1958 by Alfredo's sons, Claudio and Carlalberto Corneliani, who expanded it into an internationally recognized benchmark in the menswear sector. Headquartered in Mantua—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—with a registered office in Milan, Corneliani is known for its Italian craftsmanship and sartorial excellence, producing suits, jackets, outerwear, shirts, knitwear, accessories, and shoes. The company offers ready-to-wear, made-to-measure, and bespoke services, and distributes globally through its own e-commerce and a network of retail stores. In 2016, Investcorp acquired a majority stake to accelerate the brand's international expansion.
