Chromologics

Chromologics is a biotech spin-out from the Technical University of Denmark. The company has have developed a fungal biotech platform for production of natural colorants that are suitable for lab-grown food colorants. The production process is sustainable, scalable and cost-competitive. Unlike other existing natural colors, the colorants are not extracted from high value raw materials like fruit and vegetables but produced in a cell factory.
