CellRep

CellRep is a biotechnology company founded in 2024 that develops an AI-powered platform to discover small molecules that rejuvenate exhausted T cells without genetic modification, targeting the critical failure of CAR-T therapy against solid tumors. The platform operates across in silico (AI screening of over one billion candidate molecules), in vitro (human T cell functional assays), and in vivo (preclinical tumor models) dimensions to identify compounds that restore immune cell polyfunctionality, persistence, and metabolic fitness. CellRep's lead program has demonstrated 6.6x improvement in T cell polyfunctionality and 90.5% antitumor capacity against HER2+ solid tumors, with first-in-human trials planned at Baylor College of Medicine in 2026.
