Carpay

Carpay is a mobile app and loan management platform purpose-built for Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) auto dealerships. The platform gives borrowers easy access to their loan accounts through a mobile app with Face ID login, enabling them to make payments, enable autopay, view detailed receipts, check balances, and manage notification preferences. For dealers, Carpay provides automated text and email payment reminders, portfolio summary and delinquency data, and two-way DMS integration that automatically syncs borrower payments. Since its founding in 2016, Carpay has processed over $800 million in payments, helping dealers grow their collection portfolios without adding staff.
