Boxs

Boxs is a design-to-procurement platform built for architects, interior designers, and construction companies in India. The platform offers two integrated modules: an online design tool where users can rapidly create modular designs and get accurate cost estimates from a catalog of over 10,000 parametric SKUs, and an ordering platform where those designs can be purchased and delivered as ready-to-assemble, flat-packed components — similar to an IKEA-like buying experience. By digitizing the entire design-to-build workflow, Boxs helps small and mid-sized interior design firms eliminate the unpredictable margins and costly errors caused by fragmented tooling and blue-collar labor dependency. Founded in 2022 in Chennai by Satheesh Ramdass and Vikram Venkatesan, the company raised $1.6M in seed funding led by Peak XV's Surge program.
