Blooms

Blooms is a Wilmington, Delaware-based fintech startup building an AI-driven operating system for the produce trade, focused on providing financial services to Latin American produce exporters that supply the US and Canadian markets. The platform combines cross-border trade finance (including non-recourse factoring and pre-export financing), global payments, and FX solutions developed in partnership with Monex, enabling exporters in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and other Latin American countries to access working capital and get paid faster. Blooms is PACA-certified and also developing data tools to digitize information flows across the cross-border supply chain. The company raised a $2.6 million seed round in May 2025 led by SP Ventures, with participation from Angel Ventures, The Yield Lab Latam, and Mercy Corps Ventures.
