Ballers

Ballers is a hospitality-driven social sports club concept founded by Equinox and Fitler Club veterans David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, along with Vero Capital founder Daniel Bassichis, bringing pickleball, padel, golf, squash, and soccer courts together with upscale food and beverage, fitness, and private event spaces. The company raised a $20 million Series A round in 2025 co-led by Sharp Alpha and RHC Group, with backing from athletes including Andre Agassi, Kim Clijsters, Sloane Stephens, and Philadelphia 76ers owner David Blitzer. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ballers targets urban locations — from decommissioned power plants to downtown rooftops — and plans to expand to over 50 cities across the US and Canada over the next decade.
