Attralus

Attralus is a biopharmaceutical company developing pan-amyloid removal therapeutics intended to improve the lives of patients with systemic amyloidosis. Its pipeline of novel biologics is designed to remove toxic amyloid across all stages and types of the disease. Current treatments apply only to some amyloidosis types and reduce new amyloid formation, but they do not clear deposits already in organs that drive organ failure. Attralus is advancing therapies meant to broadly remove existing amyloid and potentially improve organ function. Its scientists have researched and developed systemic amyloidosis therapeutics for more than 25 years.
