Athlete to Athlete

Athlete To Athlete is a virtual mentorship platform that connects youth athletes with Division I college athletes for one-on-one guidance, support, and inspiration. Founded in early 2023 by UCLA students and former athletes Anthony Waller and Zach Maisus, the program pairs young student-athletes with accomplished collegiate mentors who share their experience, perspective, and feedback in a way that builds confidence, resilience, and drive. Sessions are conducted virtually, and mentors span 30+ sports across 49+ states, with the platform having facilitated over 100,000 mentorship meetings. Athlete To Athlete has a network of more than 10,000 top college athlete mentors and has earned 500+ five-star reviews from families across four continents.
